Purchase the Course and Exam

You need to have an Individual Membership of The Property Institute to pursue professional qualifications.

Study the course at  your own pace

We have online, on-demand courses for career pathways in both the leasehold management and Build to Rent sectors.

Book and take your exam

For our Level 3 Associate and Level 4 Member qualifications you will need to book an exam date. Resources are available to help you prepare for your exam.

Gain your  qualification

We award Associate level membership and the designation 'ATPI' for achieving our Level 3 qualification and Full-Member level membership and the designation 'MTPI' for achieving our Level 4 qualification.
